§ 155.06 WELLS; PERMITTED LOCATIONS.
   Oil, gas or disposal wells may be located in any of the zoning districts within the city where no single-family residence or other dwelling is located within 300 feet of the proposed well site, unless a zoning variance is obtained in the manner as provided by the zoning ordinance of the city.
