§ 154.25 FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR DESIGNATION.
   The City Council designates the Emergency Manager as Floodplain Administrator, to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and other appropriate sections of the National Flood Insurance Program regulations in 44 C.F.R. pertaining to floodplain management, and being 42 U.S.C. §§ 4001 through 4138.
