§ 154.01 STATUTORY AUTHORITY.
   The legislature of the state has in 82 O.S. §§ 1601 through 1608, as amended, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt ordinances designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the city ordains the following, to become effective immediately.
