(A) The International Mechanical Code, 2022 version, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the Mechanical Code of the city for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the Mechanical Code are hereby referred to, adopted, incorporated and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this code, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in this section. At least one copy of the Code is kept on file in the City Clerk’s office.

(B) The following sections are hereby revised as follows:
(1) Insert City of Beggs;
(2) Insert that applicable fees shall be set by the city by motion or resolution; and
(3) Insert that offenses are punishable as provided in § 10.99(A) of the city’s code of ordinances.
