(A) A certain document, at least one copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, being marked and designated as the International Plumbing Code, 2009 version, and any revisions or amendments thereto, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the city for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the Plumbing Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this code, with the additions, insertions and changes, if any, prescribed in this section.

(B) The following sections are hereby revised as follows:
(1) Insert the City of Beggs;
(2) Insert that applicable fees are as set by the city by motion or resolution; and
(3) Insert that offenses are punishable as provided in § 10.99(A) of the city’s code of ordinances.
