(A) The International Building Code, 2022 edition, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the city for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the International Building Code are hereby referred to, adopted, incorporated and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this code, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes prescribed in this section.

(B) The following sections of the city’s Building Code are hereby revised:
(1) Insert City of Beggs;
(2) Insert that applicable fees are set by the city by motion or resolution; and
(3) Insert that offenses are punishable by fine and imprisonment as provided in § 10.99(A) of the city’s code of ordinances.
