§ 134.26 INTERFERING WITH RADIO, TELEVISION OR TELEPHONE RECEPTION OF OTHERS.
   It is unlawful for any person or any officer or employee of any person to operate or use any citizens band radio, ham radio or other electrical apparatus or machine which materially and unduly interferes with the radio, television or telephone reception of others.
