§ 134.13 REMOVING OR BREAKING PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   No person shall willfully, unlawfully or maliciously take and carry or cause to be taken and carried away any part of a house, barn, fence, gate or other structure, or maliciously break, tear down or destroy any part of a house, barn or other structure not his or her own.
