§ 31.03 ORGANIZATION AND RULES.
   (A)   Each year the Commission shall elect a Chairperson, a Vice Chairperson and a Secretary, and may create and fill such other offices as it may deem necessary. The term of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary shall be one year.
   (B)   The Planning Commission shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of the planning, zoning and development provisions of this code.
