(A) The ordinances embraced in this and the following chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated as the “City Code of Beggs, Oklahoma,” and may be so cited. This code may also be cited as the “city code” or, in the provisions which follow, as the “code.”

(B) When a change or changes have been prepared and inserted in the code as provided herein below, the words “as amended” may be added to the citation or title when referring to the code as amended.
