Nothing contained in this chapter shall prohibit the city from following the applicable sales procedures established by the state for disposing of abandoned vehicles as provided for under 47 O.S. §§ 901 et seq. or under any other statute allowing for the disposal of personal property, such as found in, but not limited to, 11 O.S. §§ 34-104 et seq.
