(A) The city shall not be governed by the provisions of the Oklahoma Town Meeting Act under 11 O.S. §§ 16-301 et seq. for the election of its officers and as a method of determining municipal questions. The city shall continue to elect its officers and determine its municipal questions under the appropriate provisions of 11 O.S. §§ 16-101 et seq. as pertain to the Aldermanic, or Mayor-Council, form of government adopted and utilized by the city.
(B) The Council shall consist of four Council members. All powers of the city shall be exercised in the manner prescribed by this code of ordinances, by state statute and in such manner as prescribed by ordinances adopted by the City Council.
