§ 93.04 REPORTING ACCUMULATIONS OF WEEDS, GRASS OR TRASH.
   (A)   Any officer or employee of the city or the PWA who discovers an accumulation of trash or the existence of weeds, grass or vegetation of excessive length upon any property or premises within said city shall report the condition to the Mayor or designated Administrative Officer of the city if the accumulation or overgrowth appears to be:
      (1)   Detrimental to the health, benefit or welfare of the public and the community;
      (2)   A hazard to traffic; or
      (3)   A fire hazard to property.
   (B)   If any such condition is reported, then the Mayor or Administrative Officer is authorized to order the remediation action provided for herein to alleviate the problem.
