§ 93.02 ACCUMULATION OF WEEDS OR TRASH UNLAWFUL.
   (A)   It is unlawful for the owner or occupant of any lot, parcel or tract of land entirely or partially within city limits to allow trash to accumulate or weeds or vegetation to grow, accumulate or stand in excess of the length of 12 inches within or upon said premises.
   (B)   No owner or occupant of said property shall:
      (1)   Knowingly permit the disposal of trash or refuse upon said property; or
      (2)   Continue to allow such trash, refuse or excessive vegetation to remain on said property after receiving notice to remove from the city, despite whether or not the owner or occupant knowingly permitted the problem arising.
   (C)   The existence of such weeds, grass or excessive vegetation or the allowance of the accumulation of trash is determined to constitute a public nuisance.
   (D)   In order to abate such public nuisance, the city is authorized to issue citations and to take any other action or actions to abate such nuisance that may be authorized under this code, all such actions being cumulative.
