(A) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, except as set out in division (B) below, shall, upon conviction thereon, be punished as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.

(B) Any person who knowingly violates § 92.06 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $100.
