§ 92.31 REMEDIES AGAINST PUBLIC NUISANCES.

   The remedies against a public nuisance are:

   (A)   Prosecution on complaint before the Municipal Court;

   (B)   Prosecution on information or indictment before another appropriate court;

   (C)   Civil action; or

   (D)   Abatement:

      (1)   By the person injured, as provided in 50 O.S. § 12; or

      (2)   By the city, in accordance with law or ordinance.
