As provided pursuant to 66 O.S. § 190(B), the fine and penalty for any violation as provided herein shall be an amount not to exceed the sum of $1,000 per violation. Seventy-five percent of any collected fine shall be deposited in the General Fund of the municipality, with the remaining 25% to be deposited in the Corporation Commission Revolving Fund pursuant to 17 O.S. § 180.7.
