The city hereby consents and agrees to the lease of the city’s water, sanitary sewerage and refuse systems and facilities, and all future additions thereto, to the Public Works Authority, as authorized by statute, to be effective at the time and upon the terms and conditions specified in a certain “lease” prepared under the direction of the City Council and filed in the office of the City Clerk. The Mayor of the city is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the city, to execute and deliver the lease to the Public Works Authority.
