(A) The following city official is hereby appointed as official custodian for the purposes of the Oklahoma Open Records Act: City Clerk.
(B) The city official listed in division (A) above is charged with the responsibility for compliance with the Act with respect to the following listed public records: all public records kept and maintained in the City Clerk’s office and all other public records not provided for elsewhere in this subchapter.
