§ 34.069 DUTY OF PERSONS CONTRACTING FOR WATER SERVICE.
   It shall be the obligation and duty of the person or persons with whom the city has entered into a contract for water service to keep the City Clerk informed as to the actual number of family living units and/or rooming units served by the water service connection.
