§ 34.068 PAYMENT TO EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE, A TRUST.
   The City Treasurer shall monthly pay over and transfer to the Emergency Medical Service, a Trust (Okmulgee County, Oklahoma), an amount equal to the amount of all funds collected from the emergency medical services charge by the city.
