(A) (1) To provide funds for the Emergency Medical Service, a Trust (Okmulgee County, Oklahoma), there is hereby established an emergency medical services charge, whereby each family unit in the city shall be levied and assessed a monthly charge each month of $3.50, and for each additional family unit over one located on the same premises, there shall be an additional charge each month of $3.20.
(2) The term FAMILY LIVING UNIT shall include, but is not limited to, single-family residences, trailer coaches and single-family living units in duplexes, apartments and other multi-family dwellings, but shall not include hotels, motels or rooming houses.
(B) Hotels, motels or rooming houses shall be charged $3.50 per month for each rooming unit within the hotel, motel or rooming house.
(C) Combinations of any of the above shall be charged on a combination of the types of unit or units so combined.
