§ 150.082 UTILITY LOCATE FEES.
   A notice ticket fee shall be assessed for each permit that is issued by the city for construction activity requiring a utility notification for utility locates. The notice ticket fee charged as part of each permit shall equal what is charged to the city for utility locate services.
