(A) One- or two-family residential dwelling structure (per address).
(1) Demolition permit fee: $125 (including one inspection).
(2) Sanitary sewer disconnect fee: $100 (including one inspection), (lateral line must be capped).
(3) Additional inspection fee: $50 (per additional inspection).
(4) Accessory structure under 500 square feet: $85 (includes one inspection).
(B) All structures (commercial) other than one- or two-family dwelling structures per address.
(a) Ground floor area up to 2,500 square feet: $175.
(b) Ground floor area up to 5,000 square feet: $250.
(c) Ground floor area up to 7,500 square feet: $325.
(d) Ground floor area up to 10,000 square feet: $400.
(e) Ground floor area up to 20,000 square feet: $475.
(f) Ground floor area over 20,000 square feet: $550.
