(C) Accessory structures appurtenant to one- and two- family dwellings:
(1) Fee per address: $160 (includes one inspection).
(2) Plan review fee if needed: $50 per address.
(3) Additional inspections (if needed): $50.
(D) Roofs, gutters, siding, solar panels and window placement.
(1) Fee per address: $75 (per each improvement).
(2) Inspection (if needed): $50.
(3) No permit require3d if work being performed is less than 25% of total square footage of main structures.
(E) New deck.
(1) Fee per address: $75.
(2) New deck exceeding 200 square feet in floor area and more than 30 inches above grade at any point.
