(1) Minimum permit fee per address: $450 (includes three inspections).
(a) Additional inspection fee: $50 (per inspection).
(b) Plan review.
1. Up to 2,500 square feet: $150.
2. Up to 5,000 square feet: $200.
3. Up to 7,500 square feet: $250.
4. Up to 10,000 square feet: $300.
5. Over 10,000 square feet: $350.
(c) Early release (for earth work) fee: $300.
1. Earth work, storm water work, sanitary sewer work, or foundation work prior to building permits issued.
(d) Separate permits will be needed for electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
(B) Remodeling or alteration of an existing space.
(1) Minimum permit fee per address: $225 (includes one inspection).
(a) Addition inspection fee: $50 per inspection.
(b) Plan review fee if required: $50.
(c) Separate permits will be needed for electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
(2) Roofs, gutters, siding, solar panels, and window replacement.
(a) Up to 2,500 square feet: $250 per each separate structure.
(b) Up to 5,000 square feet: $400 per each separate structure.
(c) Up to 7,500 square feet: $550 per each separate structure.
(d) Up to 10,000 square feet: $700 per each separate structure.
(e) Over 10,000 square feet: $1,000 per each separate structure.
(3) Structural - accessory (within the same parcel as the primary structure).
(a) Barn, shed, garage, or greenhouse fee: $125.
