(A) This subchapter shall be construed to be subject to all requirements governing meetings of the Common Council, or its appointed committees or boards, and electronic participation at its meeting specified by Indiana’s Open Door Law, IC 5-14-1.5 (the “Act”), or applicable Indiana court decisions construing the Act.
(B) Any apparent conflict between this subchapter and the Act will be construed in accordance with the Act, and in accordance with any applicable Indiana court decisions or any applicable official of the Indiana Public Access Counselor construing the Act.
