§ 31.15 COUNCIL MEMBER NOTICE OF PARTICIPATION.
   A Council member who wishes to participate in a Common Council meeting by electronic means must notify the Mayor and/or the Council President Pro-Tem in writing or by any electronic means available no later than 10:00 a.m. on the date of the Common Council meeting. The notification must contain the reason(s) for not being able to attend the meeting in person. Once a Council member has given notice of participation by electronic means, the Clerk Treasurer or his or her designee will be responsible for setting up the electronic means of communication for the Council member and the Common Council meeting that was requested.
