(A) General rules.
(1) Stop at street intersections for cross traffic. (Cars have the right of way.)
(2) Keep to the right.
(3) Communicate with others before passing.
(4) Yield to pedestrians.
(5) Do not trespass on private property along the trail or disturb plants.
(6) Obey signage.
(7) Keep dogs on a short leash and clean up after them.
(8) Do not litter.
(9) No alcohol or tobacco use.
(10) No motorized vehicles.
(11) Follow all other Beech Grove Park System rules as posted.
(B) Hours.
(1) Open dawn to dusk year round.
