The Board of Parks and Recreation, the Directors of Parks and Recreation, park superintendents, recreation supervisors, park police, police of the city and of the state, all health authorities, and the custodians and other employees of the Department of Parks and Recreation holding special police powers are authorized and empowered to enforce any and all provisions of the this chapter and laws of the state and city in all places under the control of the department of Parks and Recreation.
