(A) License required. No person or corporation shall engage in any work within the public right-of-way of the city, unless and until the person or the corporation has been duly licensed to do so under the provisions set forth by the city.
(B) Fee. All contractors shall register with the Clerk- Treasurer and pay required license and listing fees as provided in § 150.072
of this code.
