(A) Notwithstanding any other provision of the Code of Ordinances, all costs related to collecting and the disposal of trash including equipment and wages as provided in Chapter 96 of this Code, shall be included in and accounted for as a cost of the City's Sewage Utility provided in this Chapter.
(B) The uniform solid waste fee established by § 96.07 of the Code of Ordinances shall set a rate as follows for all single and double family residential units within the corporate boundaries of the City of Beech Grove. Such rates shall be as follows:
Effective February 24, 2020 | $17.00 |
Effective January 1, 2021 | $19.00 |
Effective January 1, 2022 | $21.00 |
Effective January 1, 2023 | $22.00 |
(C) Payments shall be made payable to the City of Beech Grove Sewage Works. Cash payments, checks or money orders may be paid in person, or placed in the drop box located at the 8th Avenue entrance. Payments can also be mailed or paid on line.
