§ 50.007 STORMWATER STANDARDS MANUAL ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The Common Council has adopted the Stormwater Standards Manual (“Manual”) by reference, as if fully set out herein. A copy of the Manual is available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk- Treasurer during normal business hours.
