§ 96.57 COMPLAINTS; PUBLIC EDUCATION.
   (A)   Complaints from residential households shall be made directly to the City of Beech Grove and shall be given prompt and courteous attention. In the case of alleged missed schedule collections, the city shall investigate and if such allegations are verified, shall arrange for the collection of the recycled materials within 24 hours of the compliant being received.
   (B)   The contractor at their cost shall provide residents with information and educational materials concerning recycling. Such materials shall be distributed at least 30 days before the program starts. Every six months thereafter, and until the agreement ends the contractor shall provide at their cost a public service announcement via United States mail to the residents of Beech Grove concerning recycling and cleaning up our city. The Director of the Department of Public Works shall approve all materials prior to distribution.
