(A) The recycling contractor shall provide an adequate number of vehicles for regular collection of recyclables. Vehicles must be in good repair, appearance and in a sanitary condition at all times.
(B) The recycling contractor shall provide adequate containment of all collectables by tying or enclosing collectables to prevent leaking, spilling, and blowing disposables that derive from the collection of recycled materials.
