§ 96.55 REPORTING; BILLING.
   (A)   The recycling company shall report quarterly to the Board of Sanitation the amounts collected and any problems associated with the recycling program.
   (B)   The recycling company shall bill the City of Beech Grove, Beech Grove Sewage Works monthly for providing recycling services.
   (C)   Property owners of single and double family dwellings and special event participants shall not pay a fee for recycling. Municipal properties shall be charged for monthly recycling services.
