(A) The recycling company shall provide containers for recycling.
(B) The container shall have a yellow lid, two wheels and contain 96-gallon storage capacity.
(C) The recycling company shall deliver one container to each single family dwelling and one container to each side of a double dwelling.
(D) The recycling company shall deliver the appropriate containers to each municipal department and within the Department of Parks and Recreation.
(E) The recycling company under the direction of the Director of the Department of Public Works shall deliver an adequate amount of recyclable containers to each special event that has been approved by the City of Beech Grove.
(F) Repairs, replacement and inventory shall be the sole responsibility of the recycling company.
(G) The recycling company shall provide instructions along with the delivery of the container on what is the best practice to handle the container.
