(A) Containers shall not be set out for collection on the curb line or alley line unless it is within a 24-hour pick up.
(B) Containers shall be removed from the curb line or alley line within 24 hours of pick up.
(C) Recyclables will not be picked up unless they are in the approved containers.
(D) Damage to or removal of containers provided for recycling shall be mitigated between the residents and the contractor providing the recycling service.
(E) Recycling pick up shall not occur on a recognized City of Beech Grove holiday.
(F) Recycling pick up shall not occur on a Saturday or Sunday.
(G) Recycling pick up operations shall not start before 7:00 a.m. or proceed after 4:00 p.m. on any given day.
(H) The recycling company shall provide collection service on a two-week route basis as determined by the Director of the Department of Public Works beginning on July 1, 2015.
(I) The recycling pick up schedule can be modified at the discretion of the Director of the Department of Public Works.
(J) Municipal properties and city park pick ups will be scheduled on a two-week basis but can be adjusted by the Director of the Department of Public Works.
(K) Collection for special events will be under the direction of the Director of the Department of Public Works.
