The City of Beech Grove desires to provide a citywide recycling program for the following groups of people, municipal departments, and public events:
(A) Single and double family dwellings;
(B) Department of Parks and Recreation;
(C) Municipal properties;
(D) Special events approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
