(A) Except as otherwise provided, the record owner of the property or the person shown to have right of exclusive possession of the property shall be fined $100 for a first offense, $250 for a second offense, and $2,500 for the third and subsequent offense.
(B) The amount of court costs shall be determined by the city court.
(C) Each day after the expiration date of the time limit ordered for abatement stated in the notice to abate a public nuisance under this chapter shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
(D) The court may award the city reimbursement of its attorney fees and costs at the request of the City Attorney.
