Any licensee violating this chapter may have its license and/or permits revoked, after hearing and shall be fined a sum of $100 per day, but not more than $2,500 and costs. Any person who is not a licensee violating this chapter shall be fined, after a hearing, the sum of the applicable license fee and permit fees, but not more than $2,500 and costs. Each day that the violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
