§ 119.17 PAYMENT OF FEES; DISPOSITION.
   In the absence of any provision to the contrary, all fees and charges generated from the licenses, permits, and inspections of hotels, motels, or any other lodging places under this chapter shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer for deposit into the General Fund of the City of Beech Grove.
