§ 119.03 DUTY TO KEEP REGISTER.
   Any person owning, operating or managing any hotel, motel or any other place of lodging in the city shall keep a permanent record of each guest receiving lodging and the date or dates thereof, which record shall be made available upon demand for inspection by any police officer, fire prevention officer or compliance officer for the city or any other officer upon request of the city.
