§ 98.07 RIGHT TO CONTEST BILL FOR FEES.
   (A)   The recorded owner of the property or the person shown to have right of exclusive possession of the property shall have the right to refute the letter of notice and or citation to the Department of Compliance.
   (B)   Upon notification to the Department of Compliance of substantial completion to correct the violation, the Department of Compliance has the right to withdraw the citation notice.
   (C)   The citation shall be withdrawn upon 100% compliance and re-inspection.
