§ 50.204 DEBT AND RETURN ON INVESTMENT.
   (A)   There shall be no return on investment calculated or paid from the Beech Grove Stormwater Utility to the city’s general fund.
   (B)   No debt or bond issues shall be issued until after January 1, 2018, except for equipment to repair or maintain the stormwater system.
