(A) Twenty-five percent of all monies collected through the Beech Grove Safe Driver Deferral Program, from the preceding year, shall be appropriated to fund the program.
(B) The Beech Grove Police Department’s annual budget shall include an additional overtime line-item, that corresponds with the appropriation for the program.
(C) The program may not provide overtime opportunities in excess of the program’s funding.
(D) The Common Council may make additional appropriations, as it sees fit to fund the program.
