§ 33.41 ADMINISTERING PROGRAM.
   (A)   The program shall be administered by the “Administrator.”
   (B)   The Administrator shall be the Chief of Police or his or her designee.
   (C)   The Administrator shall establish the metrics of the program.
   (D)   On a monthly basis, the Administrator will determine the number of hours the program will be available.
   (E)   Participating officers will be compensated at their respective overtime rate.
