§ 105.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person or firm violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine as follows:
      (1)   First offense: $50.
      (2)   Second offense: $75.
      (3)   Third offense: $100.
   (B)   Each offense following the third offense will result in a fine of $100 per additional offense.
