§ 105.12 DUTY AND ENFORCEMENT OF TREE AND FLORA ORDINANCE.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Director of Public Works to oversee and enforce all sections pertaining the street trees and private property flora issues as set forth within this chapter and §§ 35.200 through 35.207.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Director of Parks to oversee and enforce all sections pertaining to park trees and flora issues on other lands owned by the city as set forth within this chapter and §§ 35.200 through 35.207.
