(A) The notice under the Americans with Disabilities Act, a copy of which is attached to Res. 13, 2012, is hereby adopted as the City of Beech Grove notice under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
(B) The City of Beech Grove grievance procedure under the Americans with Disabilities Act, a copy of which is attached to Res. 14, 2012, is adopted as the grievance procedure for addressing complaints alleging discrimination on the basis of disability in the provision of services, activities, programs or benefits by the City of Beech Grove.
(C) In compliance with federal and state laws, the City Council resolves to post the required information regarding the ADA Coordinator, notice under the ADA, and grievance procedure under the ADA on its website and at such other locations as may be determined from time to time.
(D) The grievance procedure under the ADA set forth in Res. 15, 2012, passed 11-5-12, is hereby adopted. A copy of the grievance procedure is available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours.
